The legally binding rules that govern your use of the 8fb platform — please read carefully before registering or placing any bets in BDT.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8fb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8fb website located at https://8fb.asia and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, crash games, slot games, live dealer tables, payment processing, and customer support services.
By registering an account on 8fb, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) — whether via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or any other accepted payment method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8fb platform.

Eligibility and Age Verification
The 8fb platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
Age Requirement — 21 Years or Older
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 8fb. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. 8fb reserves the right to request official government-issued identification documents at any point to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned via the original deposit method.
Geographic Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 8fb does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular location. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 8fb:
- Persons under 21 years of age
- Persons who have self-excluded from 8fb or any other gambling platform and whose self-exclusion period has not expired
- Employees, contractors, or agents of 8fb or any of its affiliated companies
- Persons using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets
- Persons acting on behalf of a third party or operating multiple accounts for the same individual
Account Registration and Security
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the 8fb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts associated with that individual.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account. 8fb reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8fb account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 8fb support team immediately via live chat.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
8fb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals, after account activity triggers a review threshold, or as a condition of receiving bonus credits. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on 8fb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8fb does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via the accepted payment methods listed below. However, your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective service terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
bKash • Nagad • Rocket • Upay • Dutch-Bangla Bank • City Bank • BRAC Bank • Visa • Mastercard. Minimum deposit: ৳100. All transactions are processed in BDT. No international currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions on 8fb.
Deposit Terms
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your 8fb account balance within minutes of a confirmed mobile banking transaction. 8fb is not responsible for delays caused by mobile network outages, mobile banking platform downtime, or incorrect payment references entered by the player. Deposits made to incorrect account references cannot be recovered by 8fb and are the player's sole responsibility.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of BST business hours will be processed on the next available business day. 8fb reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for security review purposes or pending KYC completion. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice
8fb operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on 8fb are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or other categories available on the platform at the time of the wager. These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets
Pre-match and in-play bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the applicable governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, IPL governing body). 8fb reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
Casino and RNG Games
All casino games using Random Number Generation (RNG) technology are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the respective game information panel. 8fb does not manipulate RNG outcomes. Results of completed rounds are final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that affected the integrity of the game round.
Crash Games
Crash games, including titles such as Aviator by Spribe and similar formats available on 8fb, use certified provably fair algorithms. Each round result is independently verifiable. It is the player's sole responsibility to cash out before the crash event occurs. 8fb accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to cash out in time due to device performance issues, internet connectivity problems, or delayed input response on the player's device.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated betting software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players or with live dealer staff to influence game outcomes
- Placing bets with the intent of abusing bonus terms or triggering promotional credits unfairly
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the 8fb platform
- Placing hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
Bonuses and Promotions
8fb offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, T20 World Cup, etc.). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to a designated bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn
- Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry dates are specified in the individual promotion terms
- Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms
- 8fb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
- Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting loopholes — will have bonus credits and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension
- Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement completion process

Accurate Identity
You agree to provide truthful, accurate and current personal information during registration and throughout the life of your account. Impersonating another person or providing false identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure and never share them. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Notify 8fb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Fair Play Commitment
You agree to use the 8fb platform for genuine entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated tools, or engage in collusive behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
Personal Funds Only
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 8fb account are legally owned by you, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not deposited on behalf of any third party. 8fb operates full AML controls and cooperates with all lawful requests from relevant financial intelligence authorities.
Responsible Gaming
You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use 8fb's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, time-out periods and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 8fb is committed to player wellbeing and enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception.
Communication Consent
By registering, you agree to receive service-related communications from 8fb via your registered email address and mobile number, including account notifications, security alerts, and transaction confirmations. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the support team, but service-critical communications cannot be disabled while your account remains active.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8fb platform — including but not limited to the 8fb brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text content, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8fb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8fb platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 8fb platform without the express prior written consent of 8fb. Any unauthorised use of 8fb intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8fb, its directors, employees, contractors and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 8fb platform, including but not limited to:
Excluded Liabilities
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes, regardless of the circumstances of the wager
- Loss of account access due to forgotten credentials, device loss, or SIM card deactivation
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party mobile banking providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay
- Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, mobile network outages in Bangladesh, or device-specific technical failures
- Loss of bonus credits due to expiry or failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe
- Any harm, loss or damage resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
8fb makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events beyond 8fb's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, DDoS attacks, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh) may result in temporary service interruptions for which 8fb bears no liability.
Account Closure and Termination
You may close your 8fb account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of any applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within three to five BST business days.
8fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Grounds for Account Closure by 8fb
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information
- Confirmed or suspected use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age
- Engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct
- Use of automated tools, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage
- Player self-exclusion request (voluntary or mandatory)
- Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirement to cease services to a particular account or jurisdiction
Where an account is closed by 8fb due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, 8fb reserves the right to retain the full account balance and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.
Amendments to These Terms
8fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 8fb will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at the time of their next login.
Your continued use of the 8fb platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8fb platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through the 8fb customer support team via live chat or the support email address [email protected].
8fb aims to resolve all player disputes within five BST business days of a formal complaint being lodged with the support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
